Vietnam Neurological Association
The history of Neurology in Vietnam began after the complete liberation of the North in October 1954.
According to Decision No. 998/QĐ-TTg dated November 24, 1997, by the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Vietnam Association of Neurology, Psychiatry, and Neurosurgery was dissolved, and the establishment of the Vietnam Neurology Association was permitted.
Implementing this decision, the National Congress of Delegates established the Vietnam Neurology Association on May 20, 1998, in Hanoi.
Update
The Vietnam Journal of Neurology, under the Vietnam Neurology Association, serves as a platform for the exchange of scientific information and activities within the field of Neurology nationwide. The journal will publish four issues per year, featuring scientific research works, articles, translations, and more, facilitating academic and experiential exchanges among members and those interested in the field of Neurology.
